Design Phase
At TBC Engineering, whether it's a large or small scale project, we will provide detailed service from an experienced team. Plans and calculations will be at minimum 90% completion by the first submittal. Some engineering firms will submit incomplete plans to meet deadlines and look good. At TBC Engineering, our work product is our reputation, and we strive to provide our clients with the best work available. All in-house detailing is done by a registered P.E. ensuring that they line up with the project calculations, architectural requirements, municipality building code requirements, and good standard of practice. We will work closely with the architect, contractor, and client to ensure that all project goals are met, done properly, and are as cost efficient as possible.
Construction Phase
Special care and attention is provided during the construction phase of any project to avoid any issues as designs meet reality. Shop drawings are throurghly reviewd to mitigate any erros or unwanted delays during construction. Messages from the field are replied to promptly. Responsiveness from the engineer is always on top of the contractor's wish list and we make sure that we are available and willing to work with them to solve any issue in the field. Coordination during construction is key to ensureing the project remains on budget and on schedule. It is our policy at TBC Engineering to always be ready and willing to work with any member of the construction team to resolve issues as they arise.
